Announced-only in Budget 2027 speech tabled 9 Oct 2026 (MOF budget documents; owning agency has not been checked for an opened application). Speech para 133: BPMB Group allocates RM7 billion under seven strategic sectors including renewable energy, logistics, aerospace and semiconductors. Not SME-specific. BPMB Group includes SME Bank and EXIM Bank but the speech does not name them or give a split.
