Announced-only in Budget 2027 speech tabled 9 Oct 2026 (MOF budget documents; owning agency has not been checked for an opened application). Touchpoint (Lampiran 1): RM60.5 million for PMKS incl. Bumiputera via MGG, MDG and eBizlink; speech para 136 says MATRADE allocated RM60 million to build local companies' capacity to enter/diversify export markets. Continuation of existing MATRADE Market Development Grant (MDG) and MGG. Per-company ceilings not stated in budget.
