Announced-only in Budget 2027 speech tabled 9 Oct 2026 (MOF budget documents; owning agency has not been checked for an opened application). Speech para 134: SJPP and CGC to provide financing guarantees of up to RM32 billion in 2027. Para 135: total loan and financing-guarantee facilities raised from RM50 billion to RM57 billion in 2027. Continuation of existing SJPP government guarantee schemes (e.g. GGSM) and CGC schemes - specific scheme names and SJPP/CGC split not stated in budget.
