Facility is NOT listed on the BNM Fund for SMEs page as opened 2026-10-12 (page lists only SME SRF, MEF, PTF, RAFt), but BNM has published no closure/full-utilisation notice found this run. SJPP archive says its ADF guarantee scheme 'has been fully utilised and is now closed' (SJPP guarantee, not BNM facility). BNM's Budget 2025 release still referenced ADF as part of RM3.8bn allocation.
