CHANGED 2026-10-12: window extended from 31 Dec 2026 to 30 Jun 2027 (funds4sme page, brochure and FAQ updated 9 Oct 2026); allocation now RM10 billion (original RM5bn + additional RM5bn announced in BNM Belanjawan 2027 release 9 Oct 2026, expected to reach ~9,000 more SMEs); BNM reports RM3.8bn approved for >6,800 SME accounts as at 30 Sep 2026 under the initial RM5bn; added 'no collateral', document list and 7-day approval target. CONFLICT: SJPP's GGSM4-SRF guarantee page (RM2.5bn limit) still states applications close 31 Dec 2026; BSN's own MSME SRF-i product caps at RM250,000 (PFI-level limit). Original 28 Apr 2026 press release (bnm.gov.my/-/sme-srf) still shows 31 Dec 2026.
