New row. JKM 'Maklumat Tambahan OKU' document V7 dated 9/7/26 lists 'Bantuan Modal Asas 2YEP RM5,000 untuk membantu OKU memulakan perniagaan' but gives no eligibility or channel. 'Geran Pelancaran' (lead) not found on JKM pages opened; RTM news reports a KPWKM proposal to raise Geran Pelancaran from RM2,700 to RM5,000 (date not checked) — unverified.
