Max financing by category (FAQ): producers RM100m, users RM50m, ESCOs RM25m, housing developers RM100m, mobility RM50m. MGTC processing fee 0.25% (<=10 yrs)/0.5% (>10 yrs), min RM8,000. Conflict: mgtc.gov.my GTFS page (modified 11 Nov 2025) still describes GTFS 4.0 to 31 Dec 2025 and PFI list PDF labelled GTFS 4.0. Islamic option only stated for GTFS 4.0.
