CHANGED 2026-10-12: previous official URL (sedc.com.my/sarawak-micro-credit-scheme-smcs/) and MINTRED page could not be opened today (fetch blocked); re-verified on Sarawak Government official service portal instead. Corrections: agriculture is EXCLUDED (was 'all'); portal states 'No charges' — previous '2% one-off management fee' not confirmed by portal (conflict with earlier SEDC page; confirm with SEDC); tenure 1-3 yrs; channels now include Agrobank counters; documents and use of funds filled. Portal gives no status/dates; status kept 'open' because it is listed as a live state e-service and UKAS reports SEDC disbursed SKMS to 26 entrepreneurs (RM660,000) in 2025. Shariah status not stated (Agrobank is an Islamic bank but scheme basis not stated). Amount range overlaps with Type 2 (RM5,001-10,000).
